What this tool does

This planner turns the nine PPL theory exams into a clear, ordered study plan: which to sit first, how to fit the studying around your life, and the rules and deadlines you need to know.

It gives you a plan to follow, not official CAA guidance, so check the current requirements with your school.

When to use it

Use it when the ground exams feel overwhelming, when you are not sure what order to take them in, or when you want to make steady progress around work or studies rather than cramming.

How it works

You tell it how far you have got, how much study time you have and any subjects worrying you. It then explains all nine exams, suggests a sensible order, covers the 75 percent pass mark and the 18 month completion window, and builds a realistic plan with extra focus where you need it. Nothing you enter is saved, and you do not need to give your name or email to use it. Your flight school confirms when you are ready to sit each exam and books them for you.
